The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organization's business goals. Ki Mobility works business to business and our customer service team works directly with those businesses to create a custom built wheelchair to fit the needs and ambitions of the person using it.
This position is responsible for managing customer accounts within a defined territory. In addition, this position would look to grow territory business by supporting and educating rehab clinicians and complex rehab suppliers.
The Buyer is responsible for purchasing materials, components and/or services consistent with the specified levels of quality, delivery, price and total cost. The Buyer will exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
The Purchasing Coordinator will work with other members of the Materials team to ensure appropriate materials are available to production through vendor purchasing and internal process transactions. This position is also responsible for keeping records and creating reports while working in accordance with Ki Mobility's policies.
The Quality Coordinator assists in ensuring that all Ki Mobility products are materially free of defects, that quality system procedure are followed and that the products are manufactured in a way that complies with company quality system and industry regulations.
This factory position works as part of the Custom Seating team in the fabrication and assembling of custom seating systems. The primary responsibility of this role is to program and operate a CNC router.
