Ki Mobility works business to business and our customer service team works directly with those businesses to create a custom built wheelchair to fit the needs and ambitions of the person using it.
This position is responsible for managing customer accounts within a defined territory. In addition, this position would look to grow territory business by supporting and educating rehab clinicians and complex rehab suppliers.
The Buyer is responsible for purchasing materials, components and/or services consistent with the specified levels of quality, delivery, price and total cost. The Buyer will exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
The Purchasing Coordinator will work with other members of the Materials team to ensure appropriate materials are available to production through vendor purchasing and internal process transactions. This position is also responsible for keeping records and creating reports while working in accordance with Ki Mobility's policies.
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of sales tasks including contracts, samples management, and reporting. This position requires strong attention to detail while providing outstanding support to the Regional managers and sales team to make them more efficient.
The Return Material Coordinator will assist to ensure that customer returned product is reviewed promptly following Ki Mobility's quality system procedures. Customer returned product can be in different forms from customer complaints, standard returns or the make it right program. In addition to handling returned product in this position you will be expected to record information that is essential for regulatory, inventory and financial compliance.
Plan and coordinate quality programs. Assure the timely, accurate evaluation of product performance and compliance to safety and regulatory requirements prior to manufacturing and market release. Develop, execute and/or monitor quality plans and quality engineering tasks, as well as, helping to ensure compliance with established requirements and regulatory expectations.
Plan, design, setup, modify, optimize and monitor manufacturing processes and ancillary processes in order to produce high quality products in the most cost effective manner. Develops, evaluates and improves manufacturing methods utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality standards. Analyzes and plans workforce utilization, space requirements, and workflow. Designs layout of equipment and manufacturing cells for maximum efficiency utilizing lean manufacturing tools. Estimates production time, staffing requirements and related costs to provide information for management decisions. Confers with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes. Ensures that manufacturing processes meet regulatory compliance requirements.
